::The Last Epoch-"21"::Freedom
Through all the commotion, Gig and I are separated in the large crowded hallway of giants. Lucky not to break any bones I was tossed back and forth off of my feet. I would stumble into a large metallic surface in disbelief of the steel giant standing before me. "Goliath! Stand at attention solder," I smiled, "now where is Axel and the rest of the crew?" "They are right here commander. And I would like to add they have been of the best behavior, Goliath answered in robotic repose. From between the legs of many large foreigners I recognized Solo leading a band of my companions of which looked oddly different. Solo was wearing this robe made of one piece of cloth and underneath was some sort of metallic shirt reminiscent of chain mail could be seen. Axel was wearing something similar. But he wore a second piece of cloth that covered his middle section like a belt of some sort of Asian traditional dress. The mens dress was not of form fitting but hang loose and d

About one minute later I heard the marching cease. Then a metallic shifting sound reverberated down toward us from the head of the hallway. The great doors widened to reveal a small army in blue cloaks as the woman before them. The men in blue cloaks had disciplined, dead eyes. Their leader strode in front pompously as to show authority. He raised a palm to the air and spoke in Kilan. I did not understand what he was saying but it definitely seemed to have strong meaning. Just then all the holo-field doors in the cellblock opened and we were free. An uproarious cheering rose from the suspenseful silence that preceded our salvation.
Gig! Were free?! Lets go find the others before those guards show up with their trouble, I called over the joyous celebration. Right. But lets do it quietly, he shouted, We dont want to get on these blue guys bad side either. Were a third of their size, he hollered cautiously to m

Oblivious to the passing of time, I smelled a familiar rotting of flesh. Yet again I woke in a Prison cell with an invisible energy window. I looked around the musty, damp, cramped hell of a room and noticed I was not to be lonely. Locked away with imprisoned with Gig. He lay asleep on his side like a baby comfortable in his cradle. All our possessions were taken except for the clothes on our backs. I agitate him conscious, Get up, do you know how many revolting diseases are probably on this floor?! It was like waking an unconscious bull. A dramatized inhaling shocked him awake as if he had a nightmare. Where am I? Im not sure? I answered in anguish. What is that thing on your neck? Youve got a big smudge, Gig groaned. Where? Right there on your neck, here Ill get it he offered with a licked thumb. No thanks. Ill leave it there . . . I groaned. Wait, you

The crowd cheered at the six of us standing in between two corpses of half metallic beasts. We turned and waved to the crowd and they went faint. The ground began to quake as it did before. Dust fell from the buildings as they were lowered down into the ground. There seemed to be a second chamber below us where they all were going. The buildings were soon out of sight and a clear view of the vast stadium floor. We stopped waving for feelings of foolishness. I looked at my companions; Well we survived . . . now what? More surprises?
A door opened. The one we had entered through was welcoming us to come and go back to the lonely cells. Here. You take these. And you stick together. Stick together and stay alive, I handed Solo and Gig each an earpiece cell phone as we walked toward the door. We would be able to keep in contact with them once were separated again. We will get out of this. We will get home, I ensured as we entere
::The Last Epoch-"17"::It Was Dead
Do you guys hear that, Gig asked with a wide-eyed freeze. A faint, deep growl was heard through the incoherent chanting of the crowd. This had a sort of metallic twisting to it. I handed the pouch of fruit punch to Solo. He stared up at a building with a nervous shaking of his hand. With Gig looking up with the same distaste I figured there were more enemies to fight. I bent down and put on my knapsack and drew my pistols. I turned around to see something to make the strongest stomach turn on end and twirl.
The monster I killed with a shot to the head was back from the dead. It stood perched on the roof of a building staring at us with a sinister smirk. Lets get him before he does us in! Sounds good to me Dave, Axel agreed. Are you guys insane? Do you know what he could probably do with those razor talons, quaked Gig? Umhm, I saw it kill two other Prisoners. I guess you have to dispose
